Our women-only self-defense classes are the perfect way to gain the skills and confidence you need to protect yourself against common attacks.
Our classes are led by experienced instructors who will teach you practical techniques and how to use your body's natural movements to fend off attackers and escape dangerous situations.
STEP 1: Purchase either a 4 Class Pass $50 or 8 Class Pass $80. Drop-in Class Rate of $15 per Class.
